controls to meet Marriott’s strict guest comfort standards
• Plumbing: 15,000+ meters of pressurized piping for water supply, sewage, and storm drainage, including sustainable greywater recycling systems
• Low-Current: Integrated property-wide fiber optic networks, CCTV, and access control with 5,000+ connection points
