GFI – Strategic Aviation Facility Project

GFI successfully executed the full MEP scope for this strategic aviation facility, delivering high-quality and precise installations across all systems. The works included:

  • Lightning Protection: Over 30,000 meters installed.

  • Electrical Systems: 50+ MDB panels and more than 5,000 lights.

  • Stormwater & Ductwork: 10,000 meters of storm drainage and 4,000 meters of ductwork.

  • Cabling & Conduits: 20,000 meters of cable trays and EMT conduits.

  • Mechanical Systems: Compressed air and water supply systems.

Despite strict aviation safety standards, the project was completed with zero safety incidents, thanks to precise BIM coordination and phased night works that avoided operational disruptions.
